RETURN POLICY

Please review our return policy carefully before using this web site.

Return Date & General Returns

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. All return merchandise must be in original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping charge for the returning fee. You must contact our customer service team via telephone, e-mail, or fax before the return. Sugar Body Jewellery will not be responsible for the package fee and the package will be sent back to sender.

Item Conditions for Return and Exchange / Returning a Promotional item.

All the purchased items must be in new and original condition for the return and exchange. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping charge for your exchange. In a case where you have purchased and received a promotional item on a special deal/ event (buy one and get 50% off the second or other specials), you must send the combined sale items together otherwise store credit will not be offered.

Exchange for Defective items

Although we check all products for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products for any defects upon arrival. If there is any problem with the merchandise, please contact us for your own RETURN NUMBER (RN#)

We accept exchanges on defective products within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. All the defective items must be returned in the same original condition as it was sent.

In a case where we cannot replace an item due to various reasons, there will be no refunds but store credit will be granted towards a future order once we receive the return package.

What we are not responsible for

Sugar Body Jewellery is not responsible for any of items damaged by improper care, misuse, damaged items caused during transit from delivery and any stolen packages during delivery process. We strongly recommend shipping with a method that is trackable and/or insured for you to feel assured. It is the shipping company’s responsibility to make sure that the package(s) be delivered to the right location and the customer’s responsibility to give the correct information.

Re-stocking fee

Any purchase returns are subject of 15% restocking fee (15% of returned value). There are no refunds but store credit will be given for all returns and the purchase value of the returned merchandise will be credited.

Store Credit

All the store credit of any returned item(s) will be issued as soon as we get the returned package(s) and finish the inspection. However, the store credit issuing time may take up to 7 business days.

 

How to return

  • A return and exchange form is inserted with every package. Click here for a printable return and exchange form.
  • Contact us by phone or email and provide us with the following information to get your RN#
    • 1) Invoice number.
    • 2) Item code(s) you wish to return.
    • 3) Reason for the return.
  • Write the RN# on the outside of the package.
  • Once you receive your RN# from our customer service, ship the package within 7 business days. (Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that items are not damaged during the shipping process. Any insecurely packed item that is damaged during shipping will not be accepted for credit).\
  • Clearly write the RN# on the outside of the package.
